What we collect and why, in the same plain English as everything else.
When you send an enquiry we receive what you typed, and we hold it in our practice systems to answer you and, if you become a client, to act for you. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising pixels and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Nothing loads and no cookie is set unless you accept, which is what the banner on your first visit is asking. Decline and no analytics script is loaded at all. The choice is stored in your browser, and clearing your browser data resets it. IP addresses are anonymised and no advertising or personalisation storage is ever enabled.
We set no advertising cookies and run no advertising pixels.
Data is processed in the UK and, for some production work, by our own employees in South Africa under the UK international data transfer agreement. The regulatory information page sets that out in full.
You can ask for a copy of your data or have it deleted at any time: hello@uksubsidiary.com. The data controller is Buzz Accounting Ltd, 16 Aylmer Parade, Aylmer Road, London, N2 0PE, ICO registration ZB869937. You can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
